Looking back at our trip, it's so much easier to appreciate all the details and organizational moments!
I must say right away that Cappadocia is not the region where everything always goes according to plan if your program includes a hot air balloon flight.
We'd made certain plans for my birthday - a photo shoot at dawn with balloons and more! And the flight was scheduled for the day before. But then we couldn't fly on the scheduled date, our flight was rescheduled for the 17th (but also wasn't guaranteed), and my head was starting to hurt from all the inconsistencies.
What should we get ready for? For the balloon flight or for the photo shoot? And there's no way to know for sure until the morning! And we'd need to inform both the photographer and the driver of the retro car that we booked ...
But! We were in the safe hands of Dima and Masha
The way they resolved all of our issues is pure genius! I am immensely grateful to them for organising all of our movements and activities, despite the fact that they were in South Africa at the time.
We had a private tour, and this was the best solution! Although there was another potential issue - finding a photographer! The group tours make that easier. The guys are really cool - and they will make your trip just as cool. Cappadocia.
Firstly, the guys have excellent taste - the hotel and restaurants are delightful and aesthetically pleasing, with lots of attention to detail. The hotel is excellent, and the room is spacious and cosy; overall just great.
Secondly, a huge special thank you for the organization of restaurants - the first restaurant was amazing, especially since we'd spent the entire day travelling (and a separate thank you for having a taxi already waiting for us so we didn't have to look for one). We were also lucky - we saw an amazing thunderstorm. We started having dinner on the terrace, and then we were transferred to a cosy room by the fireplace to drink wine. It felt like we were in a castle
The second restaurant had chic cuisine, but honestly, the atmosphere was somehow colder than the first one, or maybe we had a less enthusiastic waiter. But the cuisine there! Huge respect to the chef!
About our sightseeing - it's so cool that you don't have to wait for anyone and have your own personal guide. We could spend longer on location, start off earlier than planned, or even stop for a bite to eat. We had Snezhana - she is very sweet and cool.
The ATVs were an excellent way to recharge and have fun; we really got into it.
Just to mention the timing: everything was on time and well organised. Thanks again for helping out with the PCR test. I arrived, did the test, and received my result in the morning.
In general, although we didn't get to fly in the hot air balloon, we loved our trip and the way you organised it. You are so cool! Thanks for a truly great trip!

Все було продумано до найменших дрібниць:
✔️проживання в одному з найкращих готелів. Лише уявіть: ви прилітаєте пізно ввечері, вас поселяють в розкішний номер, а прокинувшись вранці вперше що ви бачите - це кулі..багато, багато куль, які літають прямо над містом!!! Кайф)) Я пищала від радості!
✔️Різноплановість екскурсій було підібрано ідеально, організовано в зручний час і лише для нас двох з чоловіком (так як в нас був індивідуальний тур)
✔️Сам політ на кулі відбувся в мій День народженя, емоції зашкалювали!!! Це не передати словами - це просто варто спробувати! Повернувшись в номер мене чекало шампанське та десерт від Діми та Маші) А ввечері ще один сюрприз - від готелю))
✔️Під час подорожі Діма і Маша були постійно на зв'язку, цікавились як наші справи, з радістю давали рекомендації щодо закладів, які варто відвідати)
Тому, нам залишалось лише розслабитися і отримувати задоволення)
Кападокія дуууже цікава, незвична, романтична і зовсім не схожа ні на одне місце на Землі. Ми насолоджувались кожною хвилинкою перебування там! On a private tour, we place emphasis on privacy: only the hot air balloon flight (and transfer to and from the flight) takes place in a group, and everything else - transfers, guided tours, quad bikes, horses - is just for you and your travel companions.

Payment is made via SWIFT transfer or by Visa/MasterCard/AmEx card via a secure link. You can also pay via PayPal. You can split the payment as well - 50% to secure your spot at the time of booking, and the remaining 50% a week before, or on your arrival in Cappadocia.
Children aged 6 and older are allowed to go on hot-air balloon flights. There are no discounts for children as such in Cappadocia - the flight price is the same for everyone, the cost of feeding and caring for horses does not depend on who rides it (an adult or a child), and the difference in entrance tickets is insignificant (10-15 euros ). Nevertheless, we personally make discounts for parents with children, realizing that this is a small but appreciated gesture for them :) Write to us, and we will let you know what kind of discount we can offer if you're travelling with kids - it will depend on the season, the kids' ages and the total number of people in your group.
From June to November, the probability of flying is ~ 95%; from December to March ~ 50%; and from April to May ~ 80%. If the weather conditions aren't favourable (wind, fog), the flight is cancelled, and we transfer your booking to the next day. And if the weather is bad throughout your trip, we will refund the flight cost to you on your last day in Cappadocia.

Sometimes the flight happens a little after dawn (around 30 minutes later) if the weather conditions are tricky. No, that is absolutely impossible. All flight decisions are strictly regulated by the government, and balloons take off in the morning (or early afternoon in winter).
We'll suggest the most convenient flights, but you will need to purchase the tickets yourselves.
Kayseri (drive time to Cappadocia: 60-70 minutes) or Nevsehir (drive time 40 minutes). Flights to Kayseri are often cheaper than flights to Nevsehir. There are also more flights to Kayseri. From both of these airports, a private transfer is included in your tour price.
It is also possible to fly to Ankara airport - but we suggest considering Ankara only if there is a direct flight from your city, and you want to avoid connecting flights. It takes about 3-4 hours to drive to Cappadocia from Ankara and costs about 200€ one way. This transfer option is not included in the overall tour price.

Our trusted driver will be waiting for you just outside the arrivals area.
Everything is private, for just your group, except the hot-air balloon flight. You have a private guide, private instructors for the ATV and horseback rides, and a private transfer. The balloon flight is for groups, but we can arrange a private one for you, at extra cost.
The driver will take you to and from each activity. Our team provides you with guides and instructors for your scheduled activities - the excursions, horseback and ATV ride. The concierge (we call him CareBoss) is always in touch with you 24/7 to remind you about the timing, order a restaurant or cancel a reservation, order a taxi, and so on.
Of course, you can. But doing that lessens your chances of taking the hot-air balloon flight, as weather conditions change every day.
We only focus on Cappadocia. We'll be happy to help you choose flights to Istanbul/Antalya, but our clients explore the city on their own.
We did our best to include all possible expenses, even a taxi to the restaurants, in the tour. But you may need a little bit of cash for your own expenses, like pomegranate juice or an ice cream. About 30 dollars, exchanged into Turkish lira, should be enough.
Of course, you can add or remove an activity. In addition to the standard plan, we can offer you a beautiful sunrise/sunset picnic, or renting a vintage car and enjoying a scenic drive.
